Help is on the way

Rise Against just released their new single "Help is on the way". As a big fan of them i've already listened to it about 500 times and oh man, it is GOOD! All though that i still think they've sold out since the release of The sufferer and witness and even more their latest album Appeal to Reason, I still understand why they have such a big fanbase.

The song in general as always is about something that is happening right now, something that is wrong and important. And as we all know the major natureincident today is about the oil spill in the gulf.

But as we know, all good things actually do come to an end. I think this is the end of the frog in Tim Mcilrath throat. Theres almost no screaming at all compared to their old albums like The unraveling, Revolutions per minute etc. How many times i've listened to songs like state of the union, heaven knows, torches, the art of losing and their really good cover of Sick of it all's "Built to last", is uncountable. Appeal to reason was released in the end of 2008. Rise against will release their album "Endgame" March 2011.

 The lyrics are to me a perspective from the animals and fishes point of view, heres the lyrics;
